If you need select the unit item you are selling in. Here we have selected box and set an individual box weight to 1.5kg. The default is sales unit is kg.

tip

You can use the Additional Details to help write something that will help highlight a unique feature about your produce. Here we mention the taste of the mushroom.

Availability

Preview Screen

Select the dates within which your produce will be available to purchase. The default is three months from the current day.

Set your minimum and maximum order quantities. These should be the maximum and minimum number of sales items you can reliably deliver in a single order.

tip

When setting your minimum and maximum order quantities consider the minimum order quantity that makes commercial sense for you to prep and deliver.

Conversely remember to set a practically achievable maximum delivery quantity. Do not promise what you cannot deliver. A good tip is to set your maximum as the maximum amount of produce you can harvest within a week and deliver in a single order.

Pricing

Pricing

Set your unit price here. If you are unsure have a look at the pricing other users on the Kuronga platform are using.

tip

By selecting Allow offers this enables buyers to contact you and make an offer on the quoted price. This is a useful feature if you are unsure of the exact price you should set. Allowing offers also leads to more buyer engagement.

Crop Visuals

Next you need to add some photos of your produce. This is the most important section of your listing and you should spend some time getting the right photos to best showcase your crop.

Your aim should be to use images that best highlight the kind of produce you grow and supply. Show off your quality standards, packaging and preparation formats. We suggest the following kinds of images for this:

  • First add a photo of the sales unit, this could be an individual head of cabbage or a box of tomatoes.
  • A photo of the sales unit on a scale to show its weight.
  • A photo of a group of sales items, such as 7-10 maize cobs to show the variation in size and quality.
  • A close up photo of the produce in the field.
  • A landscape photo of the field in which you grow the produce.
  • Show your produce packed in your vehicle ready for delivery.
  • A photo of yourself holding the produce. This is useful to provide a size reference and also to showcase yourself as the farmer. Be proud of what you have grown.
tip

Image Scaling is really important to let buyers know the true size of your produce.
