Buyers Leaving Feedback

When a farmer submits a new Sales Listing you will be notified by email and invited to leave grading feedback.

You will also get an in app notification.

You can leave a farmer feedback on a listing by directly clicking on the Provide Grading Advice button. This will open up the Grading Feedback Editor.

For each image you can assign a grade for the produce in the image and leave feedback to highlight quality features you like.

You can also leave constructive critical advise to help justify lower grade assignments.

If there are features missing in the images that you know are important for grading you can leave additional comments in the Grading Summary section.

Remember to click SUBMIT ADVICE when you are done.
